Who we are

PAKS Studios (ABN 46 533 039 345) ("we", "us", "our") is a Sydney-based workflow automation studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It applies to paksstudios.com.au and the services we provide.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services. When you submit our contact form, that means your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the service you are interested in, and the message you send us.

When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and manage the services you engage us for, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the trusted providers that run our business — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend) to receive your enquiry, and our hosting and analytics providers (such as Vercel and Google Analytics) to operate and measure the site. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties unless required by law.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular and whether the contact form is working). You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations, then securely delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
